You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to ErallApps.

ErallApps is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and it could mean that the app won’t work properly or at all.

Subscription Terms

The app is free to download and use. However, we offer optional monthly and yearly subscription plans that unlock premium features and content. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscription Period: You can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions are optional and available for users who want access to additional premium features, both on the mobile app and web version.
• Payment: The subscription fee will be charged to your Apple App Store account at the time of purchase and will automatically renew unless canceled. Subscription fees are based on the plan selected (monthly or yearly).
• Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you turn off auto-renewal in your account settings before the renewal date. You will be notified of any renewal or price changes.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will still have access to premium features until then.
• Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you experience any issues, contact us at contact@erallapps.com.
• Free Features: Even without a subscription, you can still use the app’s core features. The subscription is only required for access to premium content or features marked as "premium" within the app.

Account Management and Data Deletion

You may edit or delete your account through the app settings at any time. When you request deletion, your account is deactivated immediately. All associated data is retained in a deactivated state for 30 days to allow for account recovery. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

Marketing Communications

We may send you marketing emails or notifications about new features, updates, or promotions. You can opt out of these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or through your account settings.

Children's Use

The app is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately. Parents or guardians may contact us to request removal.

Limitation of Liability

You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, we cannot accept responsibility.
