Your Rights

• You can access, modify, or delete your personal and study data.
• You may export your study decks and learning records upon request.

Account Settings: Edit and Delete Account

You can manage your account easily by accessing the Your Profile section in the app. To edit or delete your account:

• Open the **ErallMemory** app and go to **Settings**.
• Navigate to **Your Profile**.
• Click on **Edit Account** to modify your personal information, such as your email, username, and profile picture.
• Click on **Delete Account** to initiate the deletion process. Your account will be deactivated immediately, and all associated data will be permanently deleted after 30 days unless you choose to reactivate your account within this period.

Data Retention

After account deletion, your data will be retained in a deactivated state for 30 days to allow for account recovery. Post this period, all personal and study data will be permanently deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by law.

Children’s Privacy

This app is not designed for children under 13. If a child’s data is inadvertently collected, please contact us for removal.

For Business Transfers

During negotiations or transfers of our business or assets, user data may be transferred.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your data may be stored on systems located outside of your country where data protection laws may differ. We ensure your data is securely processed and transferred following applicable laws.
